The training programme also includes tougher training sessions – the goal is to increase the strength of your whole body, not just improve your technique.

Online weightlifting coaching is suitable for everyone. It is a six-week weightlifting course that primarily focuses on snatch and clean and jerk technique.
During the course, we will provide you with a new training programme every week in order to ensure your progress. There are also technique videos for each lift so you have an example of how they look when done correctly. Online weightlifting coaching is useful for everyone who does Olympic-style lifting.
